Clear responsibilities
BDC proposes, coordinates and acts within the approved mandate. Your company retains strategic, financial and contractual decisions. Agreements and approvals are recorded through the channels defined for the project.
Travel, trade fairs and external specialists are budgeted and expressly approved. Each stage can be commissioned separately.
